Our History

In 2000, Sandra Figueroa Bast established Bast Services, Inc. with two major objectives in mind. First, she wanted to deliver quality, cost effective IT solutions focused on high impact areas of the client’s operation. Second, she would establish a way to give back to her community commensurate with the success of her company.

Bast Services’ IT Solutions division provides several highly desirable services for their clients, including:

• Network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Network security audits, design, and implementation
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning, design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Desktop configuration, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting

WorldView, Bast Services’ Education Division, is the realization of Sandra’s goal to serve her community. WorldView provides a unique palette of services to the urban community. The professional staff in WorldView carefully selects and rigorously refines their educational initiatives to yield the most beneficial results for at-risk students.

TotalRespond, Bast Services’ newest division, grew out of the need to protect America’s most precious assets: her children. Bast Services partnered with NetTalon and Crisis Commander, USA to create a comprehensive system to address emergencies like fire, burglary, domestic violence, campus shooters, and terrorism. With this system, clients can network directly with First Responders, create emergency response plans, and minimize the loss of life and property.
